For more than 25 years, the Dijkstra family has put that belief into every detail — from the cozy fireplace in Chalet 1 to the wide terrace views in Chalet XL.
We’re not a hotel chain. We’re a family, and we welcome every guest as part of ours.

Our Story

It all began with a young Dutchman from Haarlem and a love of the Austrian mountains.

Jasper Dijkstra first fell in love with the Zillertal Arena more than 25 years ago — drawn by the guarantee of deep snow, the warmth of alpine culture, and the extraordinary setting of Königsleiten and Hochkrimml perched above 1,600 metres. He didn't just come as a visitor. He stayed.

Together with his family, Jasper took over the historic Gasthof Edelweisshaus — a traditional Austrian guesthouse sitting directly at the slopes of Königsleiten at 1,630 metres, just 50 metres from the lifts. Then that became a beloved meeting point for skiers, families, and friends: a place where Austrian Gemütlichkeit met Dutch gezelligheid in one of the finest destinations on the mountain.

As the years passed and the family's love of the region deepened, people began transforming that legacy into something even more special: a collection of premium, private holiday chalets that would give guests the space to stay, luxury, and independence to truly make the mountains their own.
